Master piano technician, Ben Siciliano, is the owner and manager of our company. He received a Bachelor of Music degree in piano performance from The Manhattan School of Music. He further went on to receive specialized training in piano technology from the Niles Bryant, Aubrey Willis, and Randy Potter Schools of Piano Technology. He served an apprenticeship with Randy Potter, Ward Guthrie, and Dave Swartz at Montana State University. He continually hones skills through attendance at workshops.
This dual immersion in the music and technology of the piano gives him a keen understanding of the performer’s need for an instrument of utmost responsiveness and beauty of tone.
He has serviced pianos throughout Pennsylvania, New Jersey, and New York since 1975. His daughter and two sons have been active in various aspects of piano work since 2006.
Now in the greater Philadelphia area, we are equipped to handle a full range of piano tuning and restoration services – from pitch raising and key repairs, to restringing, action regulating and soundboard repair. For greater client convenience, we maintain repair facilities in Chester county (Downingtown) and Bucks county (Dublin). We would be happy to answer any questions you may have about your piano, or bid on service work.
“The piano keys are black and white, but they sound like a million colors in your mind” –
Maria Christina Mena
